Post The 2016 Shrapnel Games Holiday Sale!
Press Release Teaser: Holiday Savings On All In-Stock Titles thru December 15th!

The 2016 Shrapnel Games Holiday Sale!
Holiday Savings On All In-Stock Titles thru December 15th!

Wilmington, NC, 02 December 2016

Shrapnel Games is kicking off the silly season with a special Holiday Sale Event that starts today and runs through December 15th! Whether you want ships, tanks, space bunnies, or radar screens Shrapnel Games has something for almost everyone. Enjoy the very best in independent strategy gaming. Check out our complete list of games and sale prices to decide what titles need to be under your Christmas Tree this year.

Air Assault Task Force ($33.95): Firmly places you in the boots and saddles of the air cavalry, commanding forces across decades of helicopter operations. Modern day real-time simulation spanning four decades of modern warfare, highlighting three pivotal battles.

Air Command 3.0 ($24.95): Proving that not every strategy game has to be one of conquest, Air Command 3.0 is a cunning game of air traffic. Featuring real world airports and all the problems faced by actual air traffic controllers, this is a game playable in quick bites and featuring metric tons of replayability.

Approaching Infinty ($32.95): Take your Asteroid Miner into the far reaches of outer space and look for the ancient artifacts of an alien race you don't understand. Or, hell, just mine some asteroids for fun and profit. The desisions are all yours in this intergalactic space adventure game.

ATF: Armored Task Force ($19.95): A ProSIM simulation focusing on land combat around the world. A great survey sim and as with all ProSIM titles features real world maps, realistic results, and full control of how one plays. Pure magic in wargaming!

Battle Group Commander ($9.95): A lot of simulation for a little bit of money. Whether you're new to conflict simulation gaming or looking to expand your Air Assault Task Force experience, Battle Group Commander, Episode One is a perfect addition to your electronic arsenal.

BCT Commander ($14.95): The predecessor to ATF: Armored Task Force and Air Assault Task Force, combined arms warfare at a brigade/regimental level. If you like tanks, then BCT Commander is your game.

Bronze ($22.95): A fast paced game of land conquest set during the birth of civilization. Fiendishly clever scenarios, along with survival and custom modes will keep you playing long after the ziggurats crumble to dust.

The Falklands War: 1982 ($33.95): ProSIM does historical. Not many games have tackled the Falklands War. Focusing on the ground actions, this is a perfect example of the flexibility of the ProSIM engine. Instead of commanding platoons of tanks players command platoons of infantry, with fidelity right down to individual bayonet charges.

Raging Tiger: The Second Korean War ($33.95): The next potential war in Korea featuring an exciting mixture of scenarios providing players with numerous challenges. As with other ProSIM products, Raging Tiger is compatible with other ProSIM titles.

Salvo! ($32.95): High adventure on the seas! Turn based tactical naval combat during the Age of Sail. Run out the guns! Prepare for boarding actions! Don't give up the ship! And most importantly, hope that no one forgot to bring a case of limes on board.

Scallywag: In the Lair of the Medusa ($14.95): You are Rapius, mighty farm laborer. The blood of the Gods do not flow in your veins. You were not prophesized about a thousand years prior by three blind crones. Yet it is you, Rapius, that will seek out and destroy the source of evil. A mixture of dungeon creation kit and dungeon crawling.

The Star and the Crescent ($33.95): For anyone interested in exploring the Arab-Israeli conflict, The Star and the Crescent is a superb simulation by ProSIM on past and possible future battles. Featuring plenty of armor clashes and air to ground action, this is a very detailed look at contemporary warfare.

War Plan Pacific ($32.95): Pacific is derived from Tepre Pacificum, meaning "peaceful sea". From 1941 until 1945 there was a Pacific War. Peaceful sea war? How ironic in an Alanis Morrisette kind of way. Refight the good fight in a single session in this game of grand strategy.

winSPWW2 and winSPMBT Enhanced Editions ($33.95 each): Classic wargaming is not dead! Enjoy turn and hex based tactical combined arms wargaming with these titles. Between these two games you'll be able to play any scenario you can think of from the early 1930s until the 2020s. Turn based wargaming at its finest.

World Supremacy ($22.95): Who says it's wrong to hate your neighbors? Blow them up with nukes and take their stuff in this game of global conquest. Tasty pretzels and cold beer not included.

Remember, the sale runs thru December 15th! If ordering physical products as gifts please keep in mind the holiday shipping rush and order early.
