Foreign Military Ranks

Is there a way to find out what the various foreign ranks are? example "Loi",a rank in the mujahadeen oob.

I cant help you with translations Or "military" ranks of the Mujahideen, however:

In game terms just compare the Rank file for the Mujahideen OOB #22 with the "standard" Rnk00.dat (or the country you are most familiar with ie #07 for UK #12 for US etc):

Open it with your text editor - not a word processor. (See ranks.txt in the folder).
