Re: Mexico, Guatemala and Bolivia TO&Es
Check Army Recognition and the SIPRI website it'll allow you to enter the country you want and determine what countries by date and weapons type exported weapons to say Mexico by way of example. I'm not going into the sources of their data here but, it is spelled out on their site clearly. The UN and many of the major powers and others use their data this includes the U.S. as well. You need to register on the site to access the databases. I've started using it a couple of years ago and I've managed to confirm the data from my industry and government sources. Since weapons transactions started to be tracked by the UN, the database starts from 1950 to the present.
Flightglobal used to list every countries military aircraft (Also listed commercial aircraft separately the same way.) by type and variation along with aircraft transactions. Again you'll need to register to the site or fill out a questionnaire to access this PDF document. Extremely useful. Might have them in the Jets and Planes Thread I think from a couple of years ago.
