A thought
The changes to RCL & RPG firing at fast moving vehicles are quite noticeable & this got me thinking. No idea if possible & getting the AI to use effectively would probably be the major issue but I will put it up for thought anyway.
Vehicles at present always start the turn stationary is there an way to change the vehicle mechanics to something like this.
1) It costs vehicles say 2MP to start moving (means cant go from stationary to max speed as a bonus)
2) Considered moving till spend a MP to stop.
3) Possibly once stopped it could spend another MP to remain stationary & then could be considered completely stationary.
So moves spends a point to stop, fires with a minor penalty for moving,
If it spent a "dummy" MP to remain stationary or fired a second time that shot would be as a stationary firer.
