ritual of rebirth
can i use it to pull my pretender back from the dead?
he was rainbow, and call god, of course, means he loses a ton of magical power. where as ritual of rebirth says i retain magic paths.

I think implies not; or you get a Mummy back. (And in this situation I thought your Pretender lost his powers already anyway, not as a result of ReCalling.)

Out of curiosity, did said pretender meet his/her death by casting a certain spell (flames from above) on a certain province, that was guarded by a frost dome?

in fact, he did. do you find it at all odd that your 2000 strong armies did almost no damage. but now that they are all dead, you do, like, massive damage every turn? we tip our hats to you. from the grave, you strike.
i was worried you had a dome up, but with shinny and abysia closing in, i thought i had to finish you quick. ooops.
