Default Magic scaling...

Hi, I was asked where to find the effects of being higher level than the required level to cast the spell...

For instance shadow blast, if your higher level than required it scales for more range, aoe, and damage...

Where is this detailed?

I have a idea of how it scales but I want to be certain that I don't give the wrong info...

The only mention of this is fatigue section of the manual, and there's no mention of the other effects...

I looked at the wiki, nada...

Anyway thanks. Bwaha

Sorry I looked at that and didn't find the formula for the scaling..

I guess what I want is a definitive formula of the scaling...

Maybe in the mod section???

Its in the link that Immaculate posted. The only thing that might be unclear is that the paralyze AOE does not scale with the normal AOE. Both AOE and damage gets +1 per extra level and its +5 extra range per level.

Nope, it's right there on the website. I'm looking at burning hands.

Paths: 1
School: Evocation 1
Spell Type: Battle
An attack doing 12 + 1 damage over a 1 square area.
Precision is 0, range is 1.

Special Effects: Fire Based, Armor Piercing

Description:
Flames will issue forth from the mage's hands, killing anyone in front of him.

Base fatigue is 5.

Seems pretty clear to me.

The problem is you have to see it in full screen.

That list is missing some of the national spells of the Jomon though. Just a thought.
