Ritual of returning and BE question.
Will ritual of returning work if province where sc/thug is supposed to return is under friendly dome? What about teleports/gateways?
Will heat from hell be removed when grip of winter is cast or will both spells stay in effect?

Yes, RoR will work, the domes trigger when a spell is targeted at a province. Likewise Twiceborn will work fine. Teleport/gateways will trigger the dome though. Pretty much anything that you select the province when you cast will hit the dome regardless of who put the dome up.
HfH and GoW cancel each other out.
