All, I have been playing with the unit file in order to make thinks make a bit more sense for folks who would like more than Risk with threads (not that there is anything wrong with that). I'm making the costs of certian units more representive of the R&D and Fielding costs. No longer will Air Power be all dominant as you will only be able to build so much. Rocket Artillery will loose its ability to strike aircraft as hard as before and SAMs will do likewise against land targets. Carriers, Mobile Missiles, SSBNs, and Nukes will represent a large fraction of a county's GDP. I'm playtesting them right now but can use a few more to suggest changes (I know I've only scratched the surface here and can use other's eyes/suggestions.
