no, like all other afflictions, blindness is permanent(unless removed by a healer, GoH, chalice). also blindness automatically puts the unit's precision to 0, so eye of aiming won't matter at all(it will remain at 0).

It might be situationally reasonable to equip an Eye of the Void (e.g. if you're going to cast rituals or prec. 100 spells), but an Eye of Aiming here is just a waste of gems, unless you're intending to heal the unit in some other manner.
