Why isn't there a winSPWW2 full version download?

Hi,

I used to play a lot at Steel Panthers. Until now, I have played with the free download version. I have changed my screen and my graphic card and I would like to buy the CD version of winSPWW2 in order to benefit from the advantages of my new configuration.

But I am living in France and the shipping cost makes the price rather high, too high actually. Isn't it possible to buy a downloadable image or zipped file of the full version?
