Bug: Battleground overload bug, new information

I caught it in the act, I have the province. It is *NOT* a fortress battle like before, this occured in the open ocean under Thetis's Blessing.

See the attachment, it's province #185, the top left of my ocean holdings. If you move enough forces out the turn resolves properly.



And is there something different about R'yleh's insanity now? I have very carefully been keeping out of his dominion and yet a few commanders are picking up a few points of insanity.
