Where can I find Intel project costs?

Playing: SE5 v1.74 with Balance Mod v1.14b

I looked in the PBW gametypes directory at the intel .txt files but came up empty. And, costs don't seem to be listed in game.

In the SE5 manual they are all listed at 2000. Same for Balance mod?

No, they are not all 2000 points in the Balance Mod.
