All the mods out there
Hi all!
Well, i've never realy used mods and now im curious what mods had people came up with.
I know of some but i dont know which one is what and where can i find them.
Like say, i know there's Pirates & Nomads out there but i dont know what is it or where do i get it.
Any help?

Three sources of mods are the Extras folder on the Gold CD, the Mod/Scenario Archive here on Shrapnel's Intel Forums, and the File Library at Play-By-Web.
My Hypermaze mod adds a new quadrant type. The link in my sig is for the v1.49 Versions in the Mod Archive; the Gold Versions are on the CD.
The difference between Hypermaze and HypermazeLite didn't get into the Gold manual, but is in the readme on the CD. HypermazeLite is a lot smaller, because it doesn't use the custom system backgrounds that I made for the "full" Version.

You can get the gist of what Pirates & Nomads is by reading about it:
- In the "A Pirate's Life for Me" thread,
- On your CD, the 14 KB Modinfo.txt, found in "D:\Extras\PiratesNomads.zip". It is primarily composed of a summary of changes from normal SE4.

Sorry to bring back an "old" topic, but...
Pirates & Nomads - i aint realy going to read the ~20 pages of the topic. cant it be explained in few words?
I am (sadly!) not an owner of the gold CD so i dont know what are you talking about.
