Quick Question for Simultaneous Combat

Is there any way to get tactical combat into simulatenous mode for multiplayer (TCP/IP game)?

I don't miss tactical combat. Imagine how much fun it would be chasing missile dancing frigates all the time.

Darn. My tactic of running away with organic armor for 20 turns and then turning around and punching really hard doesn't work anymore then... heh.
