Default Dominican Republic OOB

-- All verions of this mod contains highly altered or additional files that may or will cause interference with the master game files and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that this mod be installed and played ONLY in a separate copy of the game and NOT run from the master game. --

Okay, so this makes about as much sense as the Haitian one, and really its why I did this one . Included is the OOB, .shps with the correct flags, and leader and rank files.

Important design notes:

- As with the Haitian OOB, finding any sort of information on formations and introduction and retirement dates is almost impossible. Take it all with a good deal of salt, and if you have any information that improves on what I've got please send it along.

- The flags files for this OOB have the Haitian flags for green (this OOB is for red). The Haitian pack has been updated with this flag set as well, so as to provide ease of combining if you want to play them against each other.

- Okay, there is a picklist now. There's no special picklist for this OOB when engaged with itself, because after reviewing the history in most instances these were coups or similar uprisings (and even in the civil war a large number of tanks were "appropriated" by the rebels). That being said the picklist might not be 100% and its still probably best to fight against a live opponent. Either way you're going to want to keep battles small and likely on a custom map (same goes for the Haitian OOB really).

Otherwise Enjoy!

Hey why I can't get flags working in main menu? I copied all icon files into Graphics folder...

Not sure, works fine for me. I'm trying to think of a reason why it wouldn't work. Did you have another modded flag set installed prior? Did those still show up? Maybe you just accidentally said "no" instead of "yes" when it overwrote. Only other thing I can think of is that there's a graphics folder within your graphics folder now.

Hmm interesting. I have your Vietnam mod flags still in main menu though I just copied battle.shp, icon0095 and 0097 into Graphics folder...

I would recommend copying the flags over again, or using backup copies of the icon files to "reset" things and then trying again.

If he's running Vista it's "improved security" causes some problems.
If you modify some game files (for example OOB's) Vista - in the name of security, will create new versions of the files in your personal directory. WimSMBT will of course look it it's default directory and thus will not find your newly modified files but the original ones.
I have to manually copy & paste my OOB over the older version every time I work on it.

I've uploaded a new version with minor changes (including some errors) to bring up v4 compliance (changes made to the miniguns in OOB for instance).
