Illwinter bugged?

I just cast this spell in an SP game.
One thing i found to be at bit strange are all those attacks on enemy provinces by niefel giants and winter wolves.
Since the niefel giant doesn't have any magic leadership the winter wolves just stand around and dissolve.
Is there some small chance of getting a niefel jarl instead of the niefel giant so the wolves are useful every once in a while?

I don't remember see�ng anyone mentioning this before and didn't find anything useful when searching the forum.

Easier to add magic leadership 10 for Niefel Giants and Jarls as a statfix. That will take care of the problem.
