Cd Key Change?

I want to play a Lan game with a friend but do I need to change the cd key on my 2nd computer for this to work? He has copy of the game and thus a cd key but I don't know how to change it since I already intalled on that computer with my cd key.

Well you can just delete the file named "key" in dominions directory. Then he can type in his CD key in that computer.
