BUG? in Scenario #49 "Stark and Bitter Hours 11/43

In this scenario the water between the coral reef and shore should be shalow so the marines can wade to shore. It is also mentioned so in the briefing text: "The water between the coral reef and the shoreline is shallow and can be waded by the Marine units."

However when playing the scenario the water is deep and can not be waded. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I'll look into this. We changed how shallow water works a couple of releases back and this may have caused a problem
