I have a question...I have weapon platforms on a planet of mine equipped with PDCs and CSMs. But when the enemy attacks my planet only the PDCs fire and not the CSMs. Is it just me or is this a bug?

To cover the obvious first:
That depends - If you mean ground combat, CSMs don't fire on units.

If you mean space combat, was it a fighter attack?

No, it was a ship attack.

Hmm...Did the planet have rings? (Rings in SEV have been known to block fire)
