Devnulmod dead?
Hello,
I have come back to SE4 after having put it aside for a while. I've downloaded the latest patch and the TDM2.0 pack, but I can't find a later Version of Devnulmod than the 1.31 I already have.
Is this the latest Version?
Does it work with TDM2 and the 1.49 patch?
Will there be any further revisions and where would I find the latest Version if it is still being worked on?

probably not.
as to the second question, you can make it work by adding two lines to the settings.txt file. what those lines are, i dont remember, but someone will probably be kind enough to chime in with the info.

You likely want the first entry to be "false", especially if you haven't had any problems with SE4 v1.41

V'ger,
Devnullmod is still being played though. It is used, occasionally, on PBW and remains one of the better balanced and conceived mods I've seen around.

Dang, my shrapnel forum account has been deleted because of inactivity (*sigh*) and it won't let me re-register with my old name. Oh well.
Wow, I had no idea people would still be using my mod after all this time. I actually have not worked on it in a long time for several reasons which can be summarized by: my personal and work life have become incredibly busy and I haven't had time to play any computer games, really, much less SEIV.
Geoschmo contacted me about doing an updated Version of devnullmod for the new SEIV CD and I think that's great, but I don't know if I'll have the time to do it, so I told him he was pretty much welcome to =)
I'm actually quite flattered that people still play with this mod and that it is considered "one of the better balanced and conceived mods" around =) I just wish that I had more time to play and continue creating new pieces to the mod. Really, the whole reason I created it was to enjoy playing it =)
