Fix for alt-tabbing ruining graphics?

I'm sure this bug has already been mentioned as a bug, but is there a fix for alt-tabbing ruining the graphics? Basically it replaces the graphics with some letters.

There's a fix right now : type "Alt-Enter" twice to enter/exit full-screen mode, it redraws graphics (at least it works for me under Windoze).

Of course, you can also play under windowed mode all the time, which avoids the problem totally. For me, if I switch windowed mode on/off from the menu, the game crashes, but fortunatly, if I use alt+enter it doesn't.
