Exactly the kind of thing that CB weekly was set up for!

Be very sure to go over the "Important!readme.txt" before you make your empire file.

And Choose the negative-10000 point trait "Spacefaring race" plus the positive-10000 point trait which corresponds to your homeworld type "X natives"

We've had some "issues" with that lately.
