Default Scenario Security

Now I know that this is not a supported feature, and I know its been bantered about before, but I'd like to suggest an additional security feature. Namely, the ability to lock a scenario.
Specifically, as a scenario designer, I would like the ability to be able to say that the human can ONLY play player 1, and that player 2 cannot be switched to human, that the preference settings I set up in the scenario cannot be changed, and that the scenario cannot be opened in the editor. I'm not saying that *all* scenarios should be that way, but I'd like the option.
This would permit standardized competition on scenarios, insuring a level playing field (i.e. "highest score" on scenario x). It would also permit scenarios to be used for multiplayer battle exercises in a variety of ways that they cannot now be used.
Just a wish-list, I suppose ... I know SPWW2 is next and MBT will stabilize for awhile, but I thought I'd throw it out there, since I bought a copy

looks pretty much already there in the CD extended game, see the manual section on "playing tournaments".

The tournament security is fine for two player scenarios but cannot be applied to human vs AI scenarios

So I guess all it would take is to permit tournament security to be used for Player vs. AI? That shouldn't be too hard, right?
