It's blazing fast for me (on a campus network), perhaps the problem is somewhere closer to your ISP.

It sped up again just in the Last 30 min or so. And no, it wasn't me, PBW loaded fine. (cable modems are pretty quick, too)

2/3 of australia internet connections are down at the moment so the entire internet is slow for me
