SPAA bug in the custom OOB

I'm using custom OOB and stamble on the weird bug:
Then SPAA shoot at the aircraft, its kill index increase after each shot, even if doesn't hit the plane. as result to the end of scenario hit counter increase by the 20-40. Those bogus hits don't affect expirience though. Not sure if the bug reproducable - it was only in one battle. Here is a save file and custom OOB I have used. (I only kept save at the beginning of the battle - before AI plane started bombardment, so not sure if it will reproduce)

It was a bug - I was adding a kill experience instead of testing for a to-hit experience test (typo) .
