Default Oh the humanity

Ordered the game from Shrapnel games a few days ago, and it just arrived today. Unfortunately, the CD has a large crack in it. Hopefully customer support gets back to me soon.

Now what was shipping and handling for....

Man, that really sucks. I remember Last x-mas I got two games from my family and both were from software recalls from the same publisher. The games were part of a unit of games that all had defective protective coating on the data side of the CD. Had the shine of a penny too...

But they were kind enough to give me replacements... After a minor error that resulted in them giving me duplicates of the same game...

Nesborn, this has happened before. Richard really needs to switch S&H companies. They don't give a damn about how to handle the parciles. Perhaps Richard could complain to them, and demand reinburstment for some of his costs to them for crappy service.

Just let Shrapnel know what happened, and they should replace it. At least that is what they did before. Good luck man, and I am sorry to hear about your disk.

Yeah, they responded to my complaint. They said they'd file a claim and send me another copy. Any ideas as to how long it might take?
