Default RuneSword Forum!?

Can someone please tell me where the RuneSword forum has gone? I know not too many people post there anymore but it's a good resource for the game.

Did it get removed forever?

Yes Im afraid its gone. We are moving toward a software upgrade so various forums have been cleaned up. RuneSword hos not been a game of ours for awhile now so when it was announced that they had their own forum it seemed like good timing.

Don't worry too much - sure, the info in the threads is all gone, but most the people who generated it are still around; the files are still available (links in threads in the New Scenerio/Mod forum) if they get removed, then there are still people (like myself) who downloaded and kept virtually everything RS on these Boards at one point or another. Very little is truly lost.

Well possibly it would have been a good idea to have said "gather what you want because its going away" but it seemed like Monty did that when he announced the move from Shrapnel.
So in case anyone is wondering, you might want to grab those files also. The upgrade will also (hopefully) return the ability to do file uploads so I expect there will be a cleanup of old stuff in that directory coming up.

Removing old files from the Scenario Archives would be a very bad idea... people still access them from time to time.

Of course we wouldnt want to remove them all. But some are files which the forums say "dont get that one, go here instead" because of upgrades or bugfixes to the mod. I can manually update those, or we can delete them and allow the old links to break so people ask rather than grab old broken files.

Also, there are some which are for games that Shrapnel no longer supports which is kindof what started this thread.

Most files in the scenario section should be up to date. I walked through the forum back then and clean it up as much as possible.
