One Last question about magic sites

What kind of differences are there between sites *of the same level and type*? I ask because I almost always find plethoras of, say
- graveyard of the damned (death 1)
- witches bog (death 1)
- thunder oak (air 1)
to name a few I always find
but almost never
- marble mausoleum (death 1) (never found that actually)
- raven oak (death 1)
- dragon cliff (air 1)
(all info from Sunray's list)

Are there hidden "commonness" factors that are used with the generation of each new world? Or are some sites regulated to certain terrain mixtures only? Or a combination of these and / or something else?

The rarer Versions get a magic school bonus.

Marble mausoleum and Dragon Cliff are 20% conjuration, dunno the raven oak one.

I suspect this is often the case where duplication would be redundant.
