Parganos map: needs a small fix?

I've gone through the Parganos map and designated some provinces as #nostart, notably province 31 as well as any land provinces that had fewer than three land neighbors, and sea provinces with fewer than two sea neighbors (i.e. just like PhilD did with Cradle of Dominion).
