Facility family numbers only go up to 255.

If you try something higher (like 975), then the game will give you a mysterious error message saying "Can't load facility.txt", and no real info on the problem.

Component families are not limited as badly.

I noticed that after 1.35 the TDM-ModPack does not work anymore. When generating a turn, I always get "File not found" error. It does not say what file is missing.
