Demo Boredom

I've only got the demo of starfury right now, and I've basically beaten the living crap out of it. Rather then do the actual campaign...thing..that comes with the demo, I simply set off on my own and made alot of money freighting and bounty hunting, until I had a cruiser mk3, now, out of boredom, I've destroyed both the freeport and amonkrie spacestations. Obviously my ships fairly powerful considering its the demo...I now go from system to system attacking any and all ships I find, if I remember right im a grade 5 commander. But I'm pretty bored, I need something new to do.

So is there anything you guys can suggest? Some hidden thing in the demo? Maybe mods exist for the demo? I don't have the money yet for the game...there must be something for me to do

Defend missions are pretty cool, and challenging.
Try to fly through and cut off the enemy beams, and ram the occasional torpedo to protect a little freighter or something.

Modify the demo. The demo can not be completely modified like the full Version. But what can be changed makes the demo more interesting. Previously I changed the demo so I could fly the missions in a fighter. That was a challenge!
