Two different abilities should stack though. That is to say, a Planet Mineral Scanner and a System Mineral Scanner are supposed to stack, giving 60%. However, a System Mineral Scanner and the System +30% for the three resources (Robotoid Factory?) will not stack, as they are using the same ability. (Increased mineral production in a system)
