PBW bugs, Email turn submission and game forums

The email turn submission problem we have had for the past few weeks is fixed. The server shuld be recieving yours turns fine now. At least as well as it ever has. Email is never 100% reliable. But if you submit a turn via email you should get an email of success or failure within a few minutes to an hour. If you don't get any response in that time then the server probably never got your email.

The game forum link in the Text UI is back as well. It's not a perfect fix, more of a workaround. But it's working around so you should have the game forum button now.
