WP on rioting planets
Anyone know if they will still fire ?

Yes they will! also planets with 0 pop will launch fighters and still fire at you...however you have to be VERY carefull trying to kill WP on a 0 pop or you will kill it with 1 shot

Nope. I fight WP's regularly in my games, and facilities are almost the Last things to go.

Yup all facilitys will be DOA before Pop but if Pop=0 then 1 shot can kill the whole thing (depending on weapon)
