A few wishes:

1) Ships shouldn't automatically lose their fleet assignment only because I need to take them out for a while. I'd like fleet assignments that STICK! Earmarking ships for fleets...

In Settings.txt, where it says "AI Uses Mega Evil Empire := True" - replace True with False.

I soon would like to play my first PBW game. I've read that if I'd like to play my own shipset I'd have to upload it.

Now, what exactly means "shipset"? Mods or just generic...
