Game engine question (sorta)

I think you are being too hard on yourself. Sometimes I get devastated by artillery or air attacks and sometimes I don't. It depends on the usual: the units involved, the weaponry, the countries, the terrain, luck, etc. I wouldn't blame the game engine.
