What are the Mechanics Behind National Freespawns?

For LA Ermor, castles matter. You only get undead roman soldiers from castled provinces. When dominion is high, you can also get cavalry - normal without castle, and blessed with castle.

Units can be modded to spawn other units, either automatically, when commanded to or in high dominion. Dominion-spawning units such as LA Ermor's can't be modded.
