ok, nevermind, i straightened it all out, just took a lot of playing around and moving crap all over the place and reinstalling and some other stuff i don't even remember...but it all works now,...

ok, i guess i should clarify about the 'upgrade' to win98...in actuality, i had win 95 and had the game installed on that OS and was able to play with no problems...i then had to change out my hard...
