All right, who designed the scenario/mod uploader?

Not to denigrate anyone's English skills, but I swear, the file uploader interface in the New Scenario/Mod Forum sure looks like it was written by Georgig or Tesco... everything lowercase, random misspellings...

Of course if it had a lot of ellipses and smileys I guess you could say it looked like it was written by me
