OT: NTSC/PAL
Hi all!
Has anybody here an idea or the possibilities to convert a NTSC HVS video tape to Pal or a computer movie format (avi/mpeg)? A very good friend of mine is in search for a kids movie for years now but as it seems it is only available in the US respectively to NTSC which we cannot view over here in Europe (not without special equipment we don�t have). It would be just great if someone could convert such a tape to avi or PAL and sent it to me. Please note: I would buy the movie via amazone and sent it to you to convert it so I don�t ask for a pirate copy (at least I think so, please correct me if I'm wrong).
