I remember, long ago, coming across some alteration spells themed as menhirs.

Each spell enchanted a province with a mystical menhir granting some sort of property.
Was this from a mod? Was it removed in a patch? Am I insane?

The menhirs would basically enhance provinces with stuff like growth.

(IRL, a menhir is a monolith used by a civilization preceding the Celts for unknown purposes)
