WinSPMBT v4.5 PHOTO supplement

A report was made when V4.5 was released that a couple of photos had missed getting into the patch. Upon investigation I discovered that a few from V4 were missed as well

The attached zip should be extracted to your winSPMBT\Game Data\Pictures folder after installing the V4.5 patch

FYI--These will be included in any future upgrade but are made available now to complete the 4.5 patch

NOTE there are NO "PBEM security issues" with photos. It will not matter if one player has them and the other does not.
