Stock race ship sets updated to Neo Standard?

I thought I ran across a site that had provided an updated Neo Ship set for all the stock races. I went to PBW, but couldn't find them there.

If they don't exist, I'm sure I once found a utility that automatically updated a shipset to Neo Standard. Again I can't find this utility. Anyone got a link?
