I've completed, tested and tweeked the DN4 v4.15 patch. It is ready now on PBW in both a patch version and full version.

Corrected typo with Space Yard V that prevented upgrades.
Marked Temporal Cloaking tech field to be removed.
Changed shield generator descriptions to display shield points generated.
Reversed shield points given for standard and phased shield generators (standard shields are now stronger than phased.)
