Fleet construction file

Wouldn't it be useful to have a fleet construction file for the AI similar to the vehicle or facility construction files?
Then you could make sure that e.g. a minesweeper is always included in a fleet, or you could combine different attact ships. And of course the best thing would be, that we could modify the fleet composition as we want for the different races.

Actually what has been suggested (for a quick fix) and what we hope is already included in the patch (per Richard's update earlier this week) is that additional fields have been added to each design in the AI_Design_File indicating whether that ship design can be added to attack fleets, defense fleets or both. Since the AI_Design_File can be specific to each race, you can then effectively modify the fleets for that race.
