original games? Drop in on the annual 'Ludum Dare' competition. Slashdot is carrying a story about it. You sit down at a computer and design a game from
scratch in one weekend -- whether you sleep or not is your choice...
ONE person must do everything, programming, graphics, and any 'content' (background story, culture, etc.) and the final products are judged for quality.
