That's a very neat puzzle. I spent a long time staring at that picture... it seems that somehow they turned 12 guys into 13 by making each guy a bit shorter and shifting the sections cleverly to make up an extra guys using the shortened pieces to form a complete man. I'll have to stare at it some more to figure out exactly - it's very interesting!

By the way, clicking on the link didn't work. I had to copy and paste the url to get it to work.

I gave myself a headache from looking at it to hard...

The link cannot work properly as the URL given is wrong (that is, http://extraman if memory serves right). Only the text gives the true link.

I would agree with Kamog, but I have yet to figure out which guy is "removed" or "added".

Yes, it's correct, they chop off little pieces of some of the men and assemble them in a way that creates or dissolves one... I know these kinds of puzzles, but as to how exactly they "disappear" a man...
