P&N problem

"Can Not Find Field "Obj 11 Atmosphere" in record "Burnt Out Star 1"

I did a new fresh install of SEIVg and applied the P&N files. I add the neo standard image files. I also added the "image mod" from the P&N website, before the neo standard mod. I ran the AI updater. When I run the game the message above appears and a similar one for "composition".
Any ideas?

You are using the v3.1B, right?

I'm just not seeing that on my copy...

Yup! 3.1B off Nick's House. I'm gonna try different permutations of patch application to see if it helps.
