Corrected a mistake (Dagur reported as wrong era), added a Team Game section (only one so far, but more in progress), and a Hall of Fame for the top players.

I'd appreciate it if someone could double check the HoF and PM me if there are errors.

Of the three era nations Arco, Atlantis and Bandar remain winless in all eras. (Up to the challenge Micah?)

R'lyeh is the only natin to score a full win in all eras.
