No clue.
Unless you're speaking of the ones mounted on the bunkers near the coast? If so ... bunkers are considered "vehicles" in WinSPMBT thus CURRENTLY (this changes with the next patch) any weapon in weapon slot #4 is considered a Bow Machinegun thus has only a forward firing arc.

Ahhh ... that's because those "really" aren't AA weapons, they're HMGs. Yes ... I know 20mm's were originally AA weapons but the Swedish OOB (and from what I gather doctrine) doesn't view them that way. Older, manually aimed 20mm AA guns are fairly useless vs jet aircraft so they're used for anti-helo/anti-para work ... i.e. HMGs. Thus no 360 firing arc in WinSPMBT.
